RICE PAPER MAKING.

“Bánh cuốn” is a traditional breakfast dish in Vietnam, we cook it fresh daily. Rice paper is the base for Banh Cuon. Your welcome to try your hand at cooking rice paper by traditional means over a wood fire. A mixture of finely diced ear mushrooms, carrot and spring onions is placed in the center of the rice paper and folded up to make a bite size portion to dip into your fish sauce mixture. Delicious, and quite challenging to make.
